LinkPortrait provides an AI-powered platform that generates headshots, portraits, and other images based on user-uploaded reference photos. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• You grant LinkPortrait a limited license to use your uploaded photos solely to generate AI images.
• You may not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

5. Generated Content

Generated AI images are provided for your personal and commercial use. However, you may not resell or redistribute the raw generated images as a standalone product.

6. Payments and Credits

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Credits purchased do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Creating deceptive or misleading content
• Deepfakes intended to harm or impersonate individuals
• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkPortrait shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
